Sucky

Well, today has been sucky.  As some of you know, I am a stuffer.  With my feelings, that is.  So, I stuff and stuff and stuff until eventually, I start crying and can't stop.  Happened today at work.  I have a stressful job, and there was this final straw!  I wish I could unlearn how to do this!!!  How do you ever stop stuffing everything???  It is all I know how to do!!!  It is so frustrating, and I hate crying (actually, I didn't used to cry.  That only started happening a few years ago).  AAAARRRRRGGGGGHHHHH.  Wish I had someone to give me a big hug and tell me things were going to be alright, and mean it!!! *sigh*
