pre trail.......What a joke.......
Showed up at court and NEVER even set foot in the courtroom....
The stbx's new atty, my atty, the g.a.l. on the phone, and the judge.........had the "pretrial".....as the stbx and i sat in the hallway for 45 mins..
WHY??.....well from what my atty says....Her new atty had NO CLUE ABOUT ANYTHING and was shocked at what my atty was putting out on the table......
So YES i feel better that MOST of the issues are out now just wish i could of actually heard and saw some reactions.

Don't you just love it when they all keep you out of your own divorce? LOL!
That happened to me too! I get to court, the two attys and the judge all decide that it's best to continue the hearing for when my ex could come up with a "real" settlement agreement!!
I so wanted to be inside to tell the judge, enough is enough, there is no settling with this guy and just order him to hand over what's rightfully mine!!
But I know it's hard, but patience will over rule and keep your chin up, from all your posts, I know that eventually you'll get this resolved in your favor.
