Congrats on your son's BD.  Thank heavens you aren't that age and know what you know now, you would be the most perverted 4 year old in history!!!

When my mom lite the candles on the cake and we sang happy birthday to him i told him to make a wish.......He just looked at me.
I said make a wish buddy and blow out the candles.....HE said "I wish for you da-da".............He them blew out all the candles.
I cut him and my daughter and piece......Then i went to the bathroom and did cry for a min......

The greatest and most wonderful thing about kids is their honesty. What a special little boy you have. You sound like a wonderful father. Those kids are lucky to have you as you are to have them! I know everyone knows this but kids just want to spend time with you, it doesn't really matter what you do as long as it's together. Those memories will stay with them always.

HellDoggie,

Sounds like you and the little pupdoggie had a blast celebrating his 4th birhtday!

Reading what your son's wish was, was just the sweetest, most heart warming thing I have heard in a long time.  I just bet you needed a moment alone to compose yourself after that.

Hugs,
Nish

I had two sons who celebrated their birthdays this month.  My baby turned 23 right after the New Year and my first baby turned 39 last week.  Where has all the time gone?  Oh yes, a year here and a year there.....and I still remember today, the first time I held them.  The love and happiness and how fortunate I was that they were healthy, with my arms craddling them close to me.
