Well...I lost 14 lbs! Honestly, I think my mega diet, working out a lot, high stress level at work, all kinda culminated into one mini breakdown on Friday! But I lost 14 lbs!!! Probably mostly water but its a good start! But, I'm kinda like a duracel battery....I just keep on going....and going....and going. Working out is good for me since I have to tell myself over and over "You can do it....just five more minutes....just two more minutes....." etc. Mega positive self-talk!!!

Well, I wish you were too! When I used to go to the trainer's every day, one day he was pushing me really, really, hard, and I was doing my crunches with my eyes closed and he says "What are you doing" and I said "Praying" and he said "What are you praying about" and I said "That I don't get up from here and kill you!" He thought that was pretty funny, but at the time he was pushing me so hard that if I'd had the energy I would have tried to hit him anyway!!!
Now, I just have to push myself!!! But, I'm getting there! And I'm gonna get there. In just a couple of months I expect to look and feel lots and lots better about myself!!

Well, she's a conformist, just doing what everybody else does that wants to be viewed as a sex object by men. But, if I get a body like that out of all my working out, you may see me on one of these e-mails!!! ROTFLMAO!!! But I'll be wearing a gold lame bikini surrounded by hunky guys who are all firemen/policemen who are each trying to get me to pay attention to them! *okay - maybe I'm dreaming just a little here*

My doctor actually told me to lose about 7lbs cus I've been having pain in my right hip area, and she's sending me to specialist but she said it wouldn't hurt to get any xtra weight off it!!!!!
I'm shooting for 10 cus I have sooo many clothes that I can't get into anymore!!
Keep up the good work, and I'm rooting for you!!
